The Vale Grocer is a family business owned by Liz and Chris Kameen. We grow a range of produce in Prion for our veg boxes and shop and supplement this with what we can buy locally and from an organic wholesaler.

Our medium veg box contains 9-11 different vegetables including potatoes (1kg), carrots (600g) and onions (600g), with occasional fruit depending on the season

Our large veg box contains 9-11 different vegetables including potatoes (2.5kg), carrots (700g) and onions (700g), with occasional fruit. The large box contains the same number of items as the medium box, but bigger portions of most of the items. We are re-launching this large veg box following feedback from some of our customers.
