Strong Wholemeal Organic Flour One of England’s few remaining fully operational nineteenth-century windmills, Whissendine Windmill has towered over the village of Whissendine for more than 200 years. Today, fully restored, it produces plain, strong white and wholemeal flour.
Liz and Chris run an excellent operation and the whole process ticks all the green credentials. They have a shop in Denbigh open on Thursday and Friday mornings which is well worth a visit
